Terms and Conditions of Participation +

    Upon registering for the Qubaa Design Competition 2, as a "Participant," you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • These terms apply to the competition organized by Al Madinah Region Development Authority
  • The participant confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the competition before participating Submission into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
  • Participation is limited to individuals, not institutions, or it may be collective
  • Al Madinah Region Development Authority reserves the right to disqualify entries that are offensive, racist, or unrelated to the competition
  • Names, titles, addresses, signatures, logos, or dates on the entry file are not permitted
  • Entry files must not contain the participant's name to ensure fairness in judging; any non-compliant entry will be disqualified
  • Any changes to the competition will be published on the official website or through the social media channels of Al Madinah Region Development Authority
  • If necessary, Al Madinah Region Development Authority has the right to request additional information or documents to support the participation or verify its authenticity
  • All participants must adhere to the specified start and end dates for submitting entries at all stages of the competition .Failure to comply with the dates will result in exclusion from the competition
  • At any stage of the competition, Al Madinah Region Development Authority reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion, without providing reasons, and without any obligation or compensation of any kind
  • Al Madinah Region Development Authority has the right to publish any appropriate information entered in the submission form about the participants, at any stage of the competition, for promotional purposes
  • Information provided by the participant will be kept highly confidential and used only for statistical purposes by Al Madinah Region Development Authority, which also has the right to share information with any public or private entity if necessary
  • Al Madinah Region Development Authority retains the exclusive right to publish and announce anything related to the competition, including the names of the applicants and other relevant details as deemed appropriate by the authority, through various media or social networking sites and the internet
  • If participating as an individual, the prize will be received individually; if participating as a group, the prize will be distributed equally among all group members
  • Al Madinah Region Development Authority reserves the right to change or cancel any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are required to regularly review any updates to the terms and conditions, as Al Madinah Region Development Authority will not announce updates to these terms and conditions

  • Al Madinah Region Development Authority is not responsible for any legal proceedings against violations of any laws that the participant may have committed in front of official bodies
  • The participation, in all its details and any other information provided by the participant, must be personal and specifically related to them. The participant declares that all information submitted to Al Madinah Region Development Authority does not infringe intellectual property rights, private rights, or privacy of any third party, and Al Madinah Region Development Authority reserves the right to reject or disqualify the participation and to claim any damages incurred
  • If there are similar entries from two different people, and there is no proof of ownership of the entry for both parties, the entry will be canceled unless one of the parties provides official proof of ownership
  • In case of any dispute over the intellectual property of the entry or any other dispute, the participant waives the responsibility of Al Madinah Region Development Authority for any material or moral damages resulting from it, and the participant alone bears full responsibility for any infringement or breach issued by them
  • Submissions are allowed either by individuals or by groups not exceeding five individuals per group.If participating within a group, each member must fill out the registration form

  • The participant acknowledges that Al Madinah Region Development Authority has the right not to award the prize to the main winner and to choose another participant as the winner if reasons arise that justify the participant's disqualification, referring to the specific terms and conditions of the competition
